Our Expert Opinion

We'd always recommend at least a 3-night stay here! The German butcheries promise some of the best salami’s you will find in Africa and the restaurant atmospheres were all so authentic, the food of course fresh and delicious! We love that there are such a wide range of activities on offer, even some great self-drive adventures to be had like the Moon landscape and Welwitschia drives. Swakopmund is a great place to dust off the tents & groundsheets, enjoy a little luxury for your overnight stays and relish being a tourist in this lovely town on the Namibian West Coast!
