  3. Route design commences - we'll get in touch if we have more questions.
  4. Provisional bookings start once the route design is approved by you.
  5. Receive your Pro-forma Invoice & Route Brochure for the trip that has been booked.
  6. Payment secures all accommodation & activity reservations.
  7. Receive Travel Documents approximately 3 months before your travel date.
